Unfortunately many Internet service providers have software programs that filter out emails you want to receive. The main reason is that some ISP's (i.e. Service providers who you log onto the Internet with) "see" some mail as "potential"  bulk or other unwanted email ("spam").

Here are the steps to add us to your "address book" or "safe list" so your ISP knows you want to receive our email(s) in the future.

Select your ISP below:
AOL
Hotmail
Yahoo
Other

AOL  Add reikisecrets.com & reiki-ebook.com to your AOL address book now
  1. Go to Keyword "Mail Controls"
  2. Select the screen names we're sending our email too.
  3. Click "Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name".
    1. For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "Exclusion and Inclusion Parameters", include @reikisecrets.com
    2. For AOL version 8.0: Select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains."
      1. Click "Next" until the "Save" button shows up at the bottom.
      2. Click "Save"
    3. For AOL version 9.0: Select "Mail Options"
      1. Pull down to "Address Book"
      2. Click "Add"
      3. In "Screen Name" type support@reikisecrets.com
      4. Click "Save"
  4. Do the same for the reiki-ebook.com

Hotmail  Add reikisecrets.com & reiki-ebook.com  to your Hotmail address book now
  1. Login to your Hotmail or MSN account
  2. Click on "Options"
  3. Click on "Safe List" (under the heading "Mail Handling")
  4. In the space provided enter support@reikisecrets.com
  5. Click "Add"
  6. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click OK.
  7. Do the same for the reiki-ebook.com

Yahoo  Add reikisecrets.com & reiki-ebook.com  to your Yahoo address book now
  1. Open your Yahoo mailbox
  2. Click on "Mail Options"
  3. Click on "Filters"
  4. Click on "Add Filter"
  5. In the top row, labeled "From Header:" make sure "Contains" is selected in the pull-down menu.
  6. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter support@reikisecrets.com
  7. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:" select "Inbox" from the pull-down menu.
  8. Click the "Add Filter" button again.
  9. Do the same for the reiki-ebook.com
     
Other
To properly receive our emails in the future, add the address support@reikisecrets.com or the domain reikisecrets.com to your address book and safe list so your provider knows you want to receive our emails in your inbox.

Also same applies to the reiki-ebook.com website
